Staying with people you are most comfortable with and feeling appreciated boosts your emotional wellbeing.

3. Sunlight & Fresh Air Are Your Best Friends

Spending five extra minutes in the sun and feeling the fresh air after your workout can do wonders for your mental health. We are not the ones claiming that. As per a study by the National Library of Medicine in 2011, if you spend time in the presence of sunlight, it boosts the production of serotonin(a chemical that takes charge of your mood). A surge in serotonin means a good mood for sure.
