Make sure to change your makeup kits as they might be home to bacteria, and doing the same makeup from that makeup kit means inviting eye infections. If you are using cheap makeup products, switch to the costlier brands. Cheap brands are often formulated with heavy chemicals that may not be suitable for your eyes. In addition, some people do not remove their makeup before bed, which has become their everyday habit. Unfortunately, by doing this, they are doing nothing but inviting problems such as eye infection, dryness, or dizziness.

This is a no-brainer. Almost everyone is aware of that how much your smartphone messes with your eyes and with your health. Excessive use of smartphones or screentime becomes home to several eye problems such as blurred vision, dryness, nausea, and dizziness. While working on laptop screens or even on smartphones, you can take a short break in a while. Also, always avoid using your phone in the dark.
