Joe Biden has successfully become the president of the United States. The first move, after becoming president, will be to implement a mask for all as mandatory nationwide. Furthermore, effective action is necessary to control the third wave of the COVID-19. Moreover, coronavirus has been on the rise since early October. 

The rise of the global pandemic

The coronavirus pandemic spread across the globe in 2020. The first case appeared in November. However, scientists are constantly working on finding a cure. However, there is still no final-dosage form of any medicine available in the market against coronavirus.

The new strain of coronavirus causes SARS-COV2 infection. SARS stands for the severe acute respiratory syndrome. Moreover, the COVID-19 virus is the cause of SARS infection and is a contagious disease. The virus is capable of staying in the air as suspended molecules. Moreover, virus particles can stick to surfaces and spread from there to others who come in contact with it. 

Usually, a person with positive test results for coronavirus has a fever, dry cough, and fatigue. A coronavirus patient in a critical situation suffers from breathing difficulty and respiratory failure. Moreover, the chances of complications increase if the individual has other diseases. Some patients lose their hearing sense and taste ability.

America’s new president, Joe Biden

Mr. Joe Biden is the 46th president of the United States. He won the elections with 50.7% of the votes. He also received 290 electoral votes, while Trump received 214 electoral votes. 

Joe Biden became a member of the Senate six times. Furthermore, he was the fourth-most senior senator when he resigned to serve as Barack Obama’s vice-president. And after they won the 2008 presidential election.  

In April 2019, Biden announced his candidacy in the 2020 presidential election. On 11th August, he announced that Senator Kamala Harris of California would be his running mate. Furthermore, he is the second non-incumbent vice president to be elected president after Richard Nixon in 1968. His health reforms seem to be effective. Moreover, he aims to make America a better place to live for all. Furthermore, he is more willing to fight against COVID-19 more seriously than Trump. 

Zeke Emanuel is an advisor to Biden and the architect of the Affordable Care Act. Moreover, Zeke is a member of the task force. According to Emanuel, the United States will be able to get out of the coronavirus pandemic by as late as November 2021.

Joe Biden’s priority

People now focus on their health and lifestyle. Furthermore, people have adapted to new healthy eating habits and lifestyle. Moreover, to protect oneself from coronavirus, individuals are following precautionary measures. However, some people are not serious about their health condition. 

Thus, Joe Biden aims to make mask wearing a mandatory practice nationwide. Moreover, for safety at the personal and community level, everyone must wear a mask. Furthermore, everyone must practice social distancing and other precautionary measures. Healthy eating habits and a healthy lifestyle with daily exercise improve the immune system.

Joe announces to work with governors. However, if they refuse, he will go to mayors and county executives to get local masking requirements in place. Dr. Marc Siegel is a Fox News medical contributor. According to Siegel, you must wear a face-covering indoors as well as outdoors. However, he worries that mandating wearing masks with fine may lead to a more rebellious attitude of individuals.

Furthermore, according to Siegel, rather than making wearing a mask compulsory for all government shall impose this rule on those areas only where the risk of COVID-19 is high. However, Biden disagrees with Siegel’s approach. Moreover, Mr. Joe will be discussing his seven-point plan on Monday. In this seven-point plan, he will be discussing COVID-19 pandemics control, vaccine investment plan, and the Defense Production Act, together with other matters.
