According to the research, depressed people share more about themselves on social media. Furthermore, they are more active on social media between 7 p.m. and midnight. However, they are least active from 3 to 6 a.m. the subject or content involves self-reflection and rumination.
People with depression are mostly online after dinner and before breakfast. Depressed people while seeing others doing better than them, they become sad, angry, or frustrated.
